Equipment: Scoopulas

Scoopulas are long and scoop-shaped and made of metal. They are used interchangeably with spatulas to transfer solids: to a weigh paper for weighing, to a coverslip for melting point, scraping out of a flask or beaker to a watch glass, etc.

Location: Student lab drawer equipment. However, since management really doesn't think students take these chemical-laden scoopulas home nor can they be "broken", current policy allows students to replace missing scoopulas for free. However, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time if students start leaving them laying all around the lab rooms.
