Vials are flat-bottomed, stoppered glass containers. They come in many sizes and shapes and are used to hold small amounts of liquids or solids.

Vials are always free. A large box of vials and of caps is kept just inside the door of the stockroom. Each comes in many different sizes, so you will have to fish through the boxes to find caps that fit the vials.

Location: Student lab drawer equipment, although they are always in a box inside the stockroom and often placed in boxes on the TA's desk in each lab room.
